Licences
What is the difference between the Standard and Premium licence?
Standard is the kit itself. You buy it and customise it yourself.
Premium is the same kit, but we do the customising. We tailor the brand, website and pitch deck to your startup and hand it over ready to publish.
Can I use a kit for more than one startup?
A licence covers one startup or brand. You cannot use a kit for clients or for other companies. If you launch something else later, or you are an agency that needs a kit for clients, email us and we will sort out another licence.
Can I resell or share the files?
No. A licence is for your own business. You cannot resell, share or redistribute the kit or its source files. Freelancers or contractors working for your startup may use the files for that work.
Do I own the brand I build with a kit?
The brand you build is yours to use. The underlying kit files stay ours, which is why the licence is for one startup.
Files
What do I get when I buy a kit?
Everything listed under “Inside the kit” on the kit page: logo, colours, typography, website, social templates, pitch deck and more, as editable source files.
Which tools do I need?
Each kit page lists its file formats, for example Figma and Framer. You will need access to those tools to edit the files.
How do I receive the files?
After checkout you get a receipt by email with your download link. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder or email us.
What support do I get after buying?
Standard includes help getting your files: if something is missing, will not open or is not as described, email us and we reply within 12 hours. Help with customising or design changes is not included. That is what the Premium licence is for.
Customising
I am not a designer. Can I still do this?
Yes. The kits are built to be edited, not rebuilt. Swap the logo, add your images and words, and publish. If you would rather not, the Premium licence has us do it.
How long does customising take?
It depends on how much you change. Each kit is one system, so a change in one place carries through the rest. With the Premium licence we usually hand the finished kit over in about 7 working days after the intro call.
Can you customise a kit for me?
Yes, that is the Premium licence. Book a call, tell us about your startup and we take it from there.
Payments
How do I pay?
Standard licences are paid by card at a secure checkout.
What does Premium cost?
Premium is priced per kit and shown on each kit page. You book a call first, so we can check the kit fits what you need. Premium is invoiced before work starts.
Do you offer refunds?
Kits are digital files delivered instantly, so sales are final once you download them. If the files are broken, incomplete or not as described, email us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.
What if I see a charge I do not recognise?
Email us at hello@capslock.design first. We reply within 12 hours and will sort it out before you contact your bank.
Can I get an invoice?
You get a receipt by email after checkout. If you need an invoice with your company details, email us.

Do you design custom brands?
Yes. Capslock is a design studio in Dubai. We design brand identities, websites and pitch decks. See the studio page.
How do I start a custom project?
Book an intro call from the contact page, or email us. We reply within 12 hours.
